My first Branson wedding cake on August 26, 2009! Bottom tier is carrot cake and top tier is white cake, frosted with cream cheese icing. There were 18 at the wedding and all were served large pieces. The bride and groom did not save the top tier for their first anniversary. They saved 2 servings.
