This Easter Basket Cake looked so real my husband ate the eggs from it before we could serve it on Easter Sunday! 8" two layer with candy eggs on top and around it.

Rolled fondant icing on 14" square pound cake, 12" hexagonal carrot cake and 6" pound cake top.

3-Layer Sandwiches

This is loaves of homemade bread -- whole wheat and white. The loaves are sliced horizontally, making three layers. The fillings are Chicken Salad, Ham Salad and Egg Salad. One loaf will serve 6 to 8. A slice is about 1 inch thick. The "frosting" is softened Cream Cheese. The "flower" is black olive. The stem and leaves are cream cheese colored green. 

These went over very well at the bridal shower and at the Church brunch .

Petit Fours - Retirement Cakes

These are 50 cakes called Petit Fours. They are 1-1/2"x3" cakes, decorated individually. They were for a retirement celebration.

This is the side that faced the groom when they cut cake. He was a "Duke" fan. 

This cake was chocolate with chocolate hearts and roses.

Hearts and Roses Wedding Cake

Serves 150. This wedding was at a Methodist Church in Wichita, Kansas. Hard to see the details. Hearts are around the top side of cakes and roses around the bottom sides. Bride was very pleased.
