Flower Cupcakes

I made these flower cupcakes with pudding filling for my friend to celebrate her January birthday at a breakfast. She wasn't up to coming to the breakfast, so another friend and I visited her at home. She loved the cupcakes and the visit! Turned out to be a well timed visit. My friend went into Hospice and passed away about one month later. I miss her a lot! 

 

Dinosaur Birthday!

 Happy Dinosaur Cupcakes. These are 24 yellow gluten free cupcakes for a special 2-year-olds birthday. The three "bushes" are mini chocolate cupcakes.

This Party Saurus consists of 29 Mini Chocolate cupcakes. It's for that same sweet 2-year-old!

65th Wedding Anniversary!

 9"x13" half chocolate, half apple caramel cake to be served at a surprise celebration after worship on Sunday, January 10. The real surprise was that the couple did not make it to church to celebrate!

60th Wedding Anniversary

I had the honor of making the 60th Wedding Anniversary cake for Uncle R.C. and Aunt Marlene. The celebration was November 2, at the Senior Center in Mt. Vernon, Missouri.
The cake is 12", 8" and 5". The layers are half yellow and half chocolate. The filling between layers is Peach. I got compliments on both looks and flavor!

These cupcakes were gluten free yellow cake, also with peach filling. (For those with wheat allergies.)

Christmas Cupcakes

These are my snowmen and Christmas Tree cupcakes made for our Christmas Open House on December 23, 2012. Both pretty and tasty! The cupcake flavor is German Chocolate. They are decorated with Butter Cream icing.

Halloween Happy Monster!

I made this cupcake monster for a Halloween after church reception October 30, 2011. The 26 cupcakes are white with orange food coloring added and Spooky Sprinkle Decors.

Spring is Coming! ?

I made these cupcakes for the CAM (Christian Action Mission) Board when they met in February. Some have strawberry filling, and some are filled with banana cream. They were a hit!

Butterfly Palace Cakes

I designed this 6" square 2-layer Gingerbread Cake for the owners of the "Butterfly Palace" in Branson, Missouri. The cupcakes are chocolate, white and strawberry. Michael and I decorated the cupcakes for the luncheon meeting at the Butterfly Palace on January 13, 2010.
