Pumpkin Patch Birthday

This 1 mix Chocolate Devil's Food cake was made for my neighbor. The icing is Cream Cheese. I used my sister's special cake pan. My neighbor and her husband and children all enjoyed it. It's great to have great neighbors!

 

Pumpkin Tiramisu

This is my first Tiramisu I have ever made. My son likes all kinds of Tiramisu, so I decided to make it for his 37th Thanksgiving time birthday. We celebrated on Thanksgiving Day. It turned out beautifully and tasted wonderful. He really liked it!

Ben's Pumpkin Cake

This is a cake that I quickly made and decorated for my grandson, when my first plan did not work. Ben likes pumpkins and his face lit up when he saw all the pumpkins on here and the corn candy! Love to please my Ben!

Pumpkin Patch Birthday

This is a one mix Strawberry cake baked in a pumpkin patch pan. This was for my son's 36th birthday. I've enjoyed making a cake for him for most of these 36 years. He likes Strawberry cake and my grandson liked that it was a pretty pink on the inside. The "Happy Birthday Nathan" is cut out from Rolled Fondant.

Farewell . . . we will miss you!

This is a 12"x18" cake to say good bye to a good friend at church who has moved away. The flavors are Spice, Caramel Apple and Yellow all swirled together. Got lots of compliments on it! Serves up to 54.

These were all made for a Bake Sale at Texas Women's University.

60th Wedding Anniversary

I had the honor of making the 60th Wedding Anniversary cake for Uncle R.C. and Aunt Marlene. The celebration was November 2, at the Senior Center in Mt. Vernon, Missouri.
The cake is 12", 8" and 5". The layers are half yellow and half chocolate. The filling between layers is Peach. I got compliments on both looks and flavor!

These cupcakes were gluten free yellow cake, also with peach filling. (For those with wheat allergies.)

Halloween Happy Monster!

I made this cupcake monster for a Halloween after church reception October 30, 2011. The 26 cupcakes are white with orange food coloring added and Spooky Sprinkle Decors.

Halloween Monster Cupcakes

This "monster" is made with 26 cupcakes. It was a hit at the after church reception sponsored by the youth on October 30, 2010.

Fall Flowers

This cake is 1/3 chocolate, 1/3 Red Velvet and 1/3 white. There is vanilla pudding filling in the white cake and chocolate pudding filling in the other 2/3 of the cake. The cake is for a friend who turned 80 years old in October. She loves fall flowers. (The photo was taken with my phone, and is a little fuzzy!)

This is the first birthday cake I have made for my sister in years! It is an 8" round two layer yellow cake with each layer cut in half with strawberry filling. Each fall flower is at the top of a stem that starts at the base of the cake.

Pumpkin Patch

Pumpkin Patch, corn stack, and turkeys celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. This was an order at the "CinnaRoll" bakery in Branson, MO, for the Allen Family who have a 1pm show at Circle B! It's a pumpkin cake with Cream Cheese frosting.

This Pumpkin Patch cake was a display cake which prompted the order above.
