Petit Fours - 80 of them!

These "Petit Fours" were made for the Christian Action Mission (CAM) Apreciation Luncheon at First Presbyterian Church, Branson, April 23, 2010.
The luncheon was for the Board, Staff, and Volunteers. CAM celebrated 25 years.
Each Petit Four is filled with strawberry or chocolate filling and covered with Poured Fondant icing.
Petit Fours are bite-size cakes which take an incredible amount of time to make and decorate, are lovely, and are gone in an instant!

New Year's Eve Wedding

Poured fondant icing. Gold beading around the edges.
This picture doesn't do it justice. This was before digital cameras,
so is scanned. The details don't show well. It has a shiny look because
of the fondant icing. The leaves are gold.
