Happy Birthday Son!

This is an 11"x7" cake with a 9"x5" cake on top. It's a Banana Cake with Cream Cheese icing and filling between layers. Each cake has Cream Cheese icing filling.  We will celebrate on Thanksgiving Day. My wonderful son was born on Thanksgiving Day too!

60th Wedding Anniversary

I had the honor of making the 60th Wedding Anniversary cake for Uncle R.C. and Aunt Marlene. The celebration was November 2, at the Senior Center in Mt. Vernon, Missouri.
The cake is 12", 8" and 5". The layers are half yellow and half chocolate. The filling between layers is Peach. I got compliments on both looks and flavor!

These cupcakes were gluten free yellow cake, also with peach filling. (For those with wheat allergies.)

Simply saying . . .

This is an 11x7" Spice Cake with Cream Cheese frosting filling and iced with Cream cheese frosting. Simply decorated with writing and edging. This was my uncle's 78th birthday celebration.

Greece Holiday Bread - Giorti Psomi

I took these two loaves of bread to the Church Auction. One sold for $30 and one for $25. This bread is delicious--one of the Winkler favorites!

Carrot Cake for Auction

Three-layer Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese frosting between the layers and frosted with Cream Cheese Icing. Ground pecans, walnuts and almonds on the side. Butter Cream Icing "Carrots." Scored for 12 servings.
I took this cake to the church Cake Auction. It sold well!

Butterfly Birthday

This is another Butterfly Cake - Browned Butter Pear Cake with Butter Cream with Pear filling and Butter Cream icing. I took it to the church cake auction and my wonderful husband bought it back. We took it to my Aunt to celebrate her birthday!

This cake was to say thank you for service on the Praise Team at First Christian Church, Butler, MO. It is a 12x18 inch sheet cake, chocolate, strawberry and white. Serves 48-54.

Easter Butterfly

This is a "Brown Butter Pear Cake" made in the shape of a butterfly to represent resurrection and new life in Christ. I took it to Easter dinner at the home of a church friend. Happy Easter everyone!

Christmas Cupcakes

These are my snowmen and Christmas Tree cupcakes made for our Christmas Open House on December 23, 2012. Both pretty and tasty! The cupcake flavor is German Chocolate. They are decorated with Butter Cream icing.

Celebrating 59 Years!

59th Anniversary cake for my wonderful uncle and aunt - November 3, 2012 was the celebration!

The top cake is a 8 " round 3-layer carrot cake with Cream cheese icing between the layers and covering the cake. The side cakes (8 inch and 6 inch) are pumpkin with Cream cheese icing; also cream cheese icing filled. The flowers are made with Butter Cream icing.
The cupcakes (there are 5 of them) are gluten free yellow cake with strawberry filling; decorated with Butter Cream icing. Yum! Yum!

This 11x7" strawberry cake with strawberry butter cream filling is for my Uncle's 77th birthday.

58th Anniversary

This is an 11x7" Cherry Chip cake. The filling is cherry chocolate. Iced and decorated with Butter cream icing. Serves about 15.

10" round Red Velvet with Chocolate Pudding filling and Chocolate frosting, which pleased this Chocolate lover on his birthday celebration!

Palm Sunday Birthday

This is a half Red Velvet, half Funfetti (white with colored candies) cake with Strawberry Butter Cream Frosting filling. It's a 9x13 cake serving up to 24. The cake is for my brother-in-law, and it will travel over 400 miles to be delivered. I used beautiful bright Easter Egg colors for his 56th birthday.
