Easter Fun!

Gluten-Free 8" round Carrot Cake with "carrots" made from strawberries dipped in orange candy melts. Cream Cheese frosting. 

And for the children . . . 

Bunny cars made from Twinkies. Pretzels make the steering wheels. Marshmallows cut in half make the wheels. The kids loved them and the happy look on my grandson's face made my day!

Epiphany King Cake

This is a gluten free King Cake. I made it for our Epiphany Party. It is a pastry filled with Cream Cheese and walnuts, rolled up and placed in a circle. It is frosted with purple, green and yellow "royal" colors. The person who gets the "Baby Jesus" in his or her serving becomes the king for the evening and wears the crown. That person is king for the year and plans next year's party!

Dinosaur Birthday!

 Happy Dinosaur Cupcakes. These are 24 yellow gluten free cupcakes for a special 2-year-olds birthday. The three "bushes" are mini chocolate cupcakes.

This Party Saurus consists of 29 Mini Chocolate cupcakes. It's for that same sweet 2-year-old!

4th of July Flag Cake Balls

Farewell . . . we will miss you!

This is a 12"x18" cake to say good bye to a good friend at church who has moved away. The flavors are Spice, Caramel Apple and Yellow all swirled together. Got lots of compliments on it! Serves up to 54.

Remembering . . .

This is an 8"x8" gluten free chocolate cake made in remembrance of my brother-in-law whose birthday we celebrate now twice since he died in June of 2015. The cake is divided in half and there is chocolate filling including chocolate candy. The frosting is chocolate buttercream with dark chocolate bits sprinkled on top. We do miss you Don!

First Birthday

The tiny cake (3" yellow) was for Ben's Cake Smash. 

The larger one (7") was for dessert for after dinner. 

Simply Happy Birthday!

This is an 8" square Gluten Free Spice cake made to celebrate my uncle and aunt's birthdays. The frosting is Buttercream with chocolate roses, leaves and writing. Will serve up to 16.

This cake is an Independence Day and a July birthday cake for my church's after worship lunch celebration. We celebrated the conclusion of our 31-week Bible Study. The cake is red, white and blue.

Hats Off to Summer Tea!

53 Petit Fours made for my church's Mission Trip Fundraiser. Yellow Gluten Free cake, 1" pieces, Cherry filling and decorated with Buttercream Frosting. They were a hit at the tea party!

This is an 8-inch Spice Cake with buttercream spice filling. It will travel to South Texas and hopefully help her to have a happy day.
